At CloudovaVape, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you encounter an issue, please carefully read our refund and return guidelines below.

Contacting Customer Support:

To request a refund, replacement, or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at  vapedeep888@gmail.com  or via our online Contact Form. To expedite your request, please provide the following information:

  • Order Number (#)
  • Full Name
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for return or refund request
  • Clear photos or video evidence of the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

Returns for Unwanted Products:

We accept returns for unwanted products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

To initiate a return for unwanted products, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the original package
  • A clear photo of the unopened and unused product(s)

Upon receiving your information and verifying eligibility, we will provide you with the return address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning unwanted items.
  • A restocking fee may apply for returned items.
  • Once your returned items have been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue your refund within 2-3 business days via your original payment method.

Returns for Faulty or Defective Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately. We will assist you in diagnosing the issue, provide troubleshooting advice, or arrange for product replacement or refund as appropriate.

Warranty Periods for Hardware Products:

CloudovaVape provides the following limited warranty periods from the date of delivery:

  • Disposable Vapes: 15 days
  • Vape Kits & Mods: 180 days
  • Vape Tanks & Batteries: 30 days
  • Replacement Coils: 7 days

Please contact our support team before returning any products, as we may be able to resolve your issue quickly without the need for a return.

Warranty Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or disassembly.
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches or discoloration from normal use.
  • E-liquids and nicotine salts due to hygiene and safety considerations, unless the received item is incorrect or defective upon arrival.

Important Notes:

  • Please retain all original packaging and contents until your issue is fully resolved.
  • We can only accept returns that have been authorized by our customer support team.
  • For returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof in case of unexpected situations.
