How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method at checkout. We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 3 PM (GMT). Our warehouse is located in Manchester, United Kingdom, ensuring fast and efficient delivery across Europe.

I’m new to vaping. Where should I start?
We recommend starting with a starter kit. A typical starter kit includes a rechargeable battery, clearomizer (tank), coils, and charging accessories. Starter kits provide everything you need to begin your vaping journey.

What strength e-liquid should I choose?
E-liquid strength depends on your previous smoking habits:

  • Heavy smoker (20+ cigarettes/day): 1.8% (18mg/ml) or higher
  • Moderate smoker (10-20 cigarettes/day): 1.2% (12mg/ml)
  • Light smoker (less than 10 cigarettes/day): 0.6% (6mg/ml)
  • Nicotine-free options (0%) are also available.

How long will my battery last before needing a recharge?
Battery life varies depending on usage and battery capacity:

  • 650mAh: approximately 6-8 hours
  • 900mAh: approximately 9-11 hours
  • 1100mAh: approximately 12-14 hours
  • 1300mAh: approximately 15-16 hours

How long does a 10ml bottle of e-liquid typically last?
On average, a 10ml bottle lasts approximately 7-10 days for a person who previously smoked around 20 cigarettes per day. Individual usage may vary.

How do I fill my clearomizer with e-liquid?

  • Top-fill clearomizer: Unscrew the mouthpiece, tilt the clearomizer slightly and pour e-liquid into the tank, avoiding the central airflow tube. Replace the mouthpiece securely.
  • Bottom-fill clearomizer: Invert the clearomizer and unscrew the base. Tilt slightly and fill e-liquid around the central tube, avoiding direct contact. Reattach the base and allow a few minutes for the coil to fully saturate.

What is the difference between VG and PG e-liquids?

  • Vegetable Glycerin (VG): Thicker consistency, sweeter taste, larger vapor clouds, and smoother throat hit.
  • Propylene Glycol (PG): Thinner consistency, stronger throat hit, better flavor intensity, and closer experience to smoking traditional cigarettes.
    If you experience sensitivity with PG liquids, we recommend switching to VG-based liquids.

Safety & Health

Are e-cigarettes safer than traditional cigarettes?
E-cigarettes do not contain tobacco and do not produce harmful by-products such as tar, carbon monoxide, or ash. According to current research, vaping is considered significantly less harmful than smoking traditional cigarettes. However, vaping products are strictly intended for adults (21+) and are not recommended for pregnant or nursing women, minors, or individuals with underlying health conditions.

What is Temperature Control (TC) vaping?
Temperature Control vaping allows users to set a specific temperature for their coil, ensuring consistent vapor production and preventing overheating or dry hits. TC vaping enhances flavor and coil longevity.

Why am I getting e-liquid in my mouth?
This typically happens due to overfilling, flooding, or improper storage (eg, upside-down positioning). Always keep your device upright and avoid overfilling. If liquid enters your mouth, rinse immediately with water and clean your device thoroughly.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your returns and exchange policy?
CloudovaVape accepts returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and resalable products. Defective products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer support at  vapedeep888@gmail.com  to initiate a return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via email at  vapedeep888@gmail.com , providing the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions and an RMA number for your return.

Are there any products excluded from returns and exchanges?
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items once opened or used:

  • E-liquids
  • Coils
  • Tanks and atomizers (opened/used)
  • Batteries and chargers
  • Disposable products
  • 420 products

Please ensure products are eligible before requesting a return or exchange.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
Please report any incorrect or defective items within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support at  vapedeep888@gmail.com . We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange items due to buyer’s remorse?
We accept buyer’s remorse returns only for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 28 days. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Promotions & Discounts

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Discount codes do not apply to items already on sale or clearance. Please ensure your cart meets the requirements for the discount code.

Can I return or exchange sale or clearance items?
All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Exchanges may be limited depending on product availability.
